ITA Recognizes MIAA Women's Tennis Teams, Individuals with Academic Honors

The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced its honorees for both its 2019 All-Academic Teams and 2019 Scholar-Athletes, featuring six MIAA women's tennis programs and 23 student-athletes on the academic listing.

MIAA Karen Caine Scholar-Athlete Award winner Taylor LaBarge of Hope was honored by the ITA for academic achievement, as was 2019 MIAA Most Valuable Player Claire Hallock of Hope.

Two-time honorees were Brittney Statema of Calvin; Kalamazoo's Julia Bachmann; Olivet's Rae Claramunt, Miranda Pier, and Sydnie Weller; and Saint Mary's Monica Davy and Elizabeth Priester.
