The Bulldogs went to overtime for the first time this season on Friday, Dec. 21 against Heidelberg, before losing in the extra period 82-73. AC then dropped a heartbreaker to Spalding on Saturday, losing by one point, 59-58, as a free throw wouldn’t go with one second remaining. Caden Ebeling (Shelby Township, Mich./Utica) produced double-doubles against North Central (21 points, 11 rebounds) and Aurora (16 points and 10 rebounds) in the final games before the holiday break.
