Adrian and Kalamazoo continued to haul in postseason accolades from their standout seasons in 2017, as five Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association student-athletes from the two programs received All-America honors from

Adrian's Ian Mikowski was named a first-team All-America performer by the national publication to headline the MIAA's five selections. Kalamazoo's Ryan Orr was both a second-team All-American both as a utility field player and utility pitcher, while Adrian's Ryan Dorow and Tommy Parsons joined Kalamazoo's Ian Kobernick on the third team.

The Bulldogs advanced to the NCAA Championships after defeating Kalamazoo in the MIAA's double-elimination tournament; both teams combined for 65 wins on the year. 2017 All-America release
